To request a calendar date or schedule and event/fundraiser, please fill out the attached form and return to our Business Manager, Deb Diviny. If you have any questions about scheduling an event, please call the rectory office at (248)624-1421 before trying to reserve your date.
For calendar requests only - please fill out Page 1 and 2. If the request includes a financial piece, all 4 pages must be completed.
If your event is a fundraiser, all 4 pages must be completed.
